Botox®/Dysport®/Xeomin®
Neuromodulators such as Botox®/Dysport®/Xeomin® prevent and treat fine lines, wrinkles, and deep facial furrows. They work well on crow’s feet, horizontal forehead lines, and the frown lines. There are numerous “off label” uses including treatment of “bunny” lines, neck bands, chin dimples, excessive sweating, and bruxism by relaxing the masseter muscles which also results in facial slimming.

Bio-Stimulators

Welcome to Radiance!
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the scheduled time. A credit card or debit card is required to hold appointments.
Cancellations
Medical services, including CoolSculpting :
We observe a 72-hour cancellation policy. If appointments are cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice, $100 will be charged. “No shows” will be charged $100. A $100 cancellation fee per treatment or area (CoolSculpting) will be charged if notice is not received. Due to the high demand for Saturday appointments, no shows for medical appointments will be charged $200.
Spa and salon:
If appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% will be charged. “No shows” will be charged 100%.
Payment
Payment is due when service is rendered. Insurance Plans are not accepted, however a receipt including diagnosis code can be provided for submission to your insurance company. Many times, medical insurance will reimburse for medical services rendered, however, we do not guarantee insurance reimbursement.

Children
We have a responsibility to provide a quiet peaceful environment for our guests. Please make arrangements for childcare during your treatment. All children younger than 12 years of age receiving a treatment must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone under the age of 18 receiving a medical treatment must have parental consent.
Gratuity
Traditionally, 15% to 20% gratuity is customary for spa and salon service.
